About the Role
We’re hiring two enthusiastic Junior Dispatchers / Help Desk Support professionals to join our growing Help Desk team. This is a great opportunity for those early in their IT careers who are eager to provide excellent support and grow within the SAP ecosystem.
You’ll help monitor support tickets, coordinate issue resolution, and ensure customer satisfaction. This position also offers a learning path toward becoming an SAP 1st-Level Service Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage Help Desk ticket queues using Matrix42 and Jira Service Management.
- Review incoming tickets, extract relevant technical details, and document them accurately.
- Coordinate with managers and senior IT staff to resolve issues efficiently.
- Assign tickets and follow up to ensure timely closure.
- Maintain accurate logs, documentation, and ticket status updates.
- Communicate clearly with end-users and technical teams.
- Generate reports on ticket trends, SLA performance, and response times.
- Provide 1st-level SAP support for user account and system access issues.
- Follow documented guidelines, escalation procedures, and checklists.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a Help Desk or IT Service Desk role.
- Exposure to Matrix42 and Jira Service Management is preferred.
- Knowledge of IT support workflows and ticket lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Strong customer-service mindset and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- High attention to detail and strong documentation habits.
- Keen interest in SAP systems and technical growth.
